1.1. This offer is available only to new players from Ontario (19+) making their first real-money deposit.

1.2. First Bet Insurance: To qualify, place your first real-money wager on any sports market with minimum odds of -200 (1.50). For the bet to be considered qualifying, you must activate the toggle called "Bet Insurance" in the betslip.

1.3. If your first qualifying bet loses, you will receive 110% of your stake back, up to a maximum of $250, as a Bonus Bet.

1.4. The Bonus Bet will be credited to your account within 24 hours of the qualifying bet losing.

1.5. The Bonus Bet is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited; if not used within this period, the bonus will expire.

2. General Limitations and Restrictions

2.1. This promotion is available to all players who are 19+ and physically located in Ontario.

2.2. Eligible players can claim this sports welcome offer only once.

2.3. Betinia reserves the right to remove the promotion due to any unforeseen circumstances or deny the promotion to any player and at any stage of the welcome bonus package, during or before the player accepts the welcome package.

2.4. You must activate the bonus in the Profile section of your account.

2.5. Bonuses must be claimed/activated before any bets are made with the qualifying deposit.

2.6. The bet that you place to qualify for the Bet Insurance can not be placed on Boosted Odds markets.

2.7. Once the Bet Insurance Bonus amount is fully wagered and released to your real balance, it becomes withdrawable.

2.8. This offer cannot be claimed/used with other bonuses.

2.9. Withdrawal requests made before claiming the bonus or after activating the bonus will void the bonus eligibility.

2.10. You can cancel the bonus at any time from your Profile, or by contacting the Customer Support team.

2.11. The total minimum odds for Bonus wagering are -200 (1.50) per betslip.

This will not affect any real money funds not locked to a bonus.

2.14. The wagering requirements for this bonus must be met within 14 days and require a daily login; otherwise, the bonus will expire, and any corresponding winnings will be forfeited.

2.15. Where we have reasons to believe that players have a bet or series of bets (either themselves or in conjunction with other customers) that result(s) in a guaranteed profit from the bonus (irrespective of the outcome), we may reclaim the bonuses, void the wager(s) and reclaim any winnings that resulted from such wager(s).
